A. A New Students
All applicants must be high school graduates and passed the ACLC Entrance Test. Likewise, the applicants must pass the interview
to be conducted by the admission Officer/ Admission Assistant. The following documents are required when seeking admission.
1. Form 138 (High School Report Card)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Four colored picture (two 1”x1” and 2”x2” white background)
4. Birth Certificate
B. Transferees
A student who has been enrolled in a post secondary course in another school and who desires to transfer to ACLC may be admitted
provided he/she has qualified in the ACLC Entrance Test. The Admission Officer and Registration Coordinator shall interview
all applicants for accreditation of subject. College Graduates are exempted from taking entrance test. The following documents
are required when seeking admission.
1. Transcript of records or two co of grades
2. Transfer Credential
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Four colored pictures (Two 1”x1”, two 2”x2” white backgrounds)
5. Birth Certificate
